Evolve with Kennedys: Investigations into coverage

• Initial investigations and information gathering.
• Notification requirements.
• Policy periods.
• Placement issues (i.e. non-disclosure/misrepresentation).
• Coverage provisions and exclusions.
• Subrogation and double-insurance.
