Resilience and emotional wellbeing workshop

We are delighted to be hosting an in-person workshop as part of our Evolve with Kennedys series, on Wednesday 15 November.

During the workshop, attendees will be hearing from Will Jefferson, Founder of Performance Catalyst, who will provide tips and guidance for building resilience and promoting emotional wellbeing on both an individual and team level. In particular, the workshop will help you to gain clarity and a better understanding of your practical and emotional responses to people and situations in the workplace, as well as at home. The insights you gain will assist you in sustaining performance in the longer term, as your career progresses. 

The Evolve with Kennedys programme is aimed at junior professionals working in the insurance industry (e.g. claims handlers, brokers, underwriters etc). It aims to connect junior insurance professionals with their peers and Kennedys’ junior associates, whilst also offering personal and professional development opportunities.
