Kennedys' healthcare team are delighted to be hosting the third session of our annual healthcare seminar programme 2023, which will be held virtually on Wednesday 15 March 2023.

Guest speaker: Mr Edmund Gritt, Assistant Coroner

Edmund Gritt sits as an Assistant Coroner in South London Coroner’s Court where he conducts coronial investigations, and subsequent jury and coroner-only inquests in which organisational IPs include health and social care agencies, police, regulators and private companies.

Mr Gritt is also a Barrister in independent practice. As counsel, he represents organisational and individual IPs in inquests usually relating to deaths involving police contact or in a prison context. He also practises in criminal matters of a technical nature (e.g. driving homicide in a police operational context; fire safety prosecutions).

This session will be chaired by Kennedys' Partner Daniel Freeman.
