Common themes in adult and paediatric neuroradiology claims and causation

Kennedys' healthcare team are delighted to be hosting the first session of our annual healthcare seminar programme 2023, which will be held virtually on Thursday 19 January 2023.

Guest speaker: Dr Curtis Offiah, Consultant Paediatric Neuroradiologist

Dr Offiah is a Consultant Radiologist with specialist expertise in Adult and Paediatric Neuroradiology, Head and Neck Radiology, Spinal Radiology and Forensic Radiology. He qualified in medicine in 1994 and is a Fellow of the Royal College of Radiologists and of the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh. He is also an appointed expert committee member of the Head Injury Management Guideline Committee of the National Institute for Health and Care Excellence (NICE) for adult and paediatric neuroradiology.

Dr Offiah lectures at many well established institutions and has both published and reviewed a number of scientific research articles and journals. He also undertakes medico-legal expert reports relating to his area of expertise for defence on behalf of NHS Resolution as well as for solicitors acting on behalf of claimants and presents forensic radiology case-work in Court for Police Authorities and HM Coroners in the United Kingdom.
