How long have you been at Kennedys for?
I've been with Kennedys for nearly four years and, prior to the merge, with CMK for nearly 18 years.
What is a typical day like in Basking Ridge?
Prior to the pandemic, and hopefully once again soon, Basking Ridge is a very collaborative place to work. Although everyone is very busy, people stop in each other's offices or the common areas to catchup, discuss strategy, and generally to help one another.
What is your one piece of advice for those starting out in their career?
Don't just be responsive to clients and attorneys with whom you are working, be affirmative in your communication. Letting people know that you are thinking about next steps can have a huge impact and is much appreciated.
