Why did you decide to join the Kennedys Facilities team?

The Kennedys Facilities Management team is committed to offering a first-class service provision to the Firm. I have been particularly attracted to the global scope and am excited to work through the UK and ensure consistency across health, safety and environmental compliance benchmarks. The commitment from the Firm on compliance demonstrates how the workplace and general impact on the environment and wellbeing is essential to Kennedys core functionality.

What is interesting about working in facilities at an insurance law firm?

The Firm has core values of being approachable, straightforward, supportive and distinctive and these are well-embedded with the facility operations here at Kennedys. By engaging closely with our stakeholders and focussing on trust and relationships, we have a long-term strategy with clearly defined aims and milestones to be the best out in the field for our clients, as well as, an employer which reflects the same mindset and culture internally.

What advice would you give someone interested in working in facilities at Kennedys?
