Liana is an Associate in Kennedys’ Sydney office specialising in trade credit and political risk matters involving the application of trade credit insurance policies to commodities trade debts. She also has experience in multi-party litigation in Supreme and Federal Court jurisdictions as well as advising directors and officers in respect of regulatory action and ASIC prosecutions.

Liana has also had experience with class actions commenced in the Supreme Court of New South Wales in respect of alleged breach of directors’ duties and contraventions of the Corporations Act.
