Domarena is a Senior Associate in Kennedys' Sydney office specialising in insurance and marine matters. She has particular expertise in casualty matters, advising on and defending personal injury, property damage, public and product liability and motor liability claims,  as well as marine and transport claims.

Domarena advises domestic and international insurers on coverage claims on a broad range of matters involving general liability, motor vehicle, property and marine policies – including advising on cargo, hull and transportation claims. She is involved as subrogated counsel in advancing and defending litigated and non-litigated matters across the marine and transport space, including acting on behalf of cargo interests, freight forwarders and NVOCCs, in recovery claims and in the class action space.
