Dianne Mitreski

Dianne is an Associate in Kennedys Sydney office specialising in Public Liability and Personal Injury. She has strong experience in insurance litigation, having advised client’s on complex liability disputes, catastrophic injury claims, and quantum assessments.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Dianne worked as an Associate in CTP Insurance at a leading national law firm, where she managed high-value claims and provided strategic legal advice to insurer clients. She has appeared in the Personal Injury Commission and District Court, handling directions hearings, mediations, and informal settlement conferences.

Dianne also has experience in General Insurance, where she defended and commenced recovery claims in both the small claims and general division of the Local Court. She has independently run matters through to final hearings, presenting her matters before registrars and members across different jurisdictions, gaining valuable advocacy experience and a deep understanding of litigation strategy.
