Dan Marshall

Dan is an Associate in the Kennedys Sydney office, specialising in the defence of large loss matters. He brings extensive expertise in addressing indemnity issues, undertaking liability investigations and performing quantum assessments.

Dan trained and qualified in the UK, where he spent over seven years in the insurance sector. During this time, he developed a successful practice at a leading global firm, working with major UK insurers on a diverse range of Employers Liability, Public Liability, Product Liability, and Road Traffic Collision (RTC) cases. He also built a broad client base, managing the casualty accounts for a public transport provider and a property management agency.

In February 2025, Dan relocated to Australia, where he has since gained further experience handling a variety of Public Liability matters in areas such as construction and mining. Known for his pragmatic approach, Dan is dedicated to achieving the best possible outcomes for his clients.
