Profile
Carmen is an Associate based in Kennedys’ office in Sydney with a focus on Financial Lines insurance and acts on behalf of professional clients including financial institutions, company directors and accountants in a range of litigated matters across the Federal Court of Australia, Supreme Court of NSW, District Court of NSW, ART and NCAT.
She commenced her legal career at ASIC and builds upon her experience in the corporate regulations, compliance and enforcement space. Carmen is dedicated to achieving practical and commercial results for insurers and insured clients that align with their business objectives.
Carmen was recognised as a Rising Star in the 2024 Lawyers Weekly Women In Law awards and is a general committee member of the NSW Young Insurance Professionals (YIPs).
