Desmond Gan

Desmond is a Senior Associate in the Corporate Team at Kennedys’ Singapore Office. He advises clients on a variety of corporate matters ranging from M&A, licensing, securities, banking, insurance, trustee duties and financial market compliance, corporate governance and regulatory investigations.

Previously, he was based in Hong Kong with a US-firm where he worked on litigation, arbitration and white-collar investigation matters.

He was admitted to the Hong Kong bar in 2016.
