Nicole Morrow is an associate in the Seattle office and focuses her practice on representing and advising insurers on complex coverage issues and in bad faith litigation.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Nicole’s practice focused on the defense of professionals in the areas of medical and legal malpractice as well as general civil litigation including defense of FDCPA claims, premises liability, claims of discrimination including those brought under the Washington Law Against Discrimination (WLAD), and Washington specific bad faith litigation and coverage matters. Nicole is experienced in all phases of litigation from pre-suit claim negotiations, mediation, arbitration, jury trials through verdict, and appeals.

Nicole is a member of the Washington Defense Trial Lawyers (WDTL), Professional Liability Defense Federation (PLDF), Claims Litigation Management Alliance (CLM), and the King County and Washington State Bar Associations.

Nicole was selected to Washington Rising Stars from 2022 through 2024.

Nicole earned her law degree from Willamette University College of Law where she served as a Willamette Law Online, 9th Circuit Writer and participated in the school’s Moot Court program including serving the Moot Court Board as Vice President in her final year of law school. Nicole earned her Bachelor of Arts in Law and Justice with a legal studies specialization cum laude from Central Washington University where she was a member of the Beta Tau Nu Chapter of Alpha Phi Sigma National Law and Justice Honor Society, and a teaching assistant for Dr. Charles Reasons.

Nicole is a member of the Washington State Dance and Drill Judges Association (WSDDJA), which serves the Washington State dance and drill community by judging high school and junior high dance competitions throughout the state.
