Kristen Furman is an associate in the Seattle office and focuses her practice on insurance coverage. Kristen has experience advising insurers and litigating coverage issues under general liability, professional liability, pollution liability, excess/umbrella policies, and on issues related to bad faith.

Kristen has experience working in the US, the UK, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. Prior to joining Kennedys, Kristen was an associate at an AM Law 100 firm, focusing on insurance coverage and litigation.

Kristen received a Bachelor of Arts in History and International Relations with Distinction in all Subjects from Cornell University, a Master in Science in the Law Faculty from the University of Oxford, and a law degree from the University of Washington.
