Ashleigh Weaver is a Senior Associate in Kennedys’ Perth office. Her areas of practice include professional indemnity, directors’ and officers’ liability, property claims, product liability, management liability, marine claims and subrogated recovery actions.

Ashleigh acts for international and domestic insurers and insureds, providing policy coverage and defence advice in respect of claims against accountants, financial advisers, barristers and solicitors, insurance brokers, real estate agents, developers, engineers, surveyors, IT service providers, freight forwarders and local governments.

She also advises insurers in subrogated recovery actions and assists professionals with regulatory investigations and disputes.
