Dawn specialises in Clinical Negligence/Medical Malpractice.
Dawn advises and assists private medical malpractice insurers, brokers, adjusters, household name private hospital chains, and some of the most highly regarded doctors and surgeons undertaking private medical work. She deals with clinicians working in a variety of settings, including hospitals, prisons, care homes, and walk-in-centres to name a few. Dawn has particular expertise in managing claims in foreign jurisdictions.
For many years, Dawn has been account manager and technical lead for major corporate health and social care providers. Dawn and her team are able to offer a unique Third Party Administrator (TPA) service with genuine end-to-end expertise, from incident management, insurance notifications, and TPA claims handling, through to the most complex litigation in this field, involving group and representative actions.
