Nate Kraus

Nate is an associate in the New York office, where he practices defense litigation. He supports clients’ needs during various phases of their cases including fact investigation, motion practice, suit evaluation, pre-trial preparation, and litigation.

Before joining Kennedys, Nate clerked for Judge Katie A. Gummer of the New Jersey Superior Court’s Appellate Division.

Nate earned his JD from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. As a Beasley Scholar, he served as a Note and Comment Editor on Temple’s International and Comparative Law Journal and Vice President of its Environmental Law Society. He interned for the United States Environmental Protection Agency, Conservation Law Foundation, and Clean Air Council and externed for Judge Jon D. Levy of the United States District Court for the District of Maine. He also worked with Temple’s Community Lawyering Clinic and partook in its Integrated Trial Advocacy Program.

Nate earned his undergraduate degree in anthropology from Skidmore College.
