Miller is an associate in the New York office. She represents clients in matters involving New York State Labor Law, general premises liability, construction defects, commercial litigation and motor vehicle accidents.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Miller served as an Assistant Chief Counsel at the Office of the Principal Legal Advisor at the Department of Homeland Security, representing the United States in immigration proceedings. While at Albany Law School, Miller including working in the Community Economic Development Clinic to assist local business owners with for profit and non-profit entity formation and represented a community investment trust through commercial lease negotiations. Miller also interned at the Department of Justice in the Civil Rights Division and for the New York State Attorney General in the Charities Bureau.

Miller received her undergraduate degree in English and American Studies from Skidmore College.
