Mark is a partner in the New York office. His practice represents insurers and insurance claims in negotiation and litigation. He has extensive experience with insurance policies in directors and officers liability, financial institutions, professional liability, technology errors and missions, cyber liability and employment practices liability.
Mark has negotiated large, complex coverage issues for clients in the US, London and continental Europe. These cases involved sectors such as securities fraud, corporate governance, credit crisis exposures, subprime risk and bank failures. He also has experience resolving disputes arising out of regulatory proceedings before the Securities and Exchange Commission, the US Department of Justice and the Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation.
Mark is a member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS), American Bar Association: Tort Trial and Insurance Practice Section and has served as Vice-Chair for the ABA.
