Marcos Remete is an associate working in Kennedy’s Miami office. Marcos represents commercial and residential insurers in coverage litigations involving first party property.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Marcos worked in a prominent Florida Law Firm representing insurers in first party property disputes. Marcos also has experience working in commercial litigation and general civil litigation.

Marcos is a University of Miami School of Law alumni, graduating with a JD and LLM in International Law.

Prior to attending law school in the United States, Marcos graduated as a lawyer in Argentina, from the Universidad de San Andres. Marcos fluently speaks Spanish, Hungarian and German.

In his free time, Marcos enjoys fencing, reading about legal philosophy and learning new languages.
