Andrea Newport-Jones is an associate in the Miami office, with a focus on first property coverage. She concentrates on insurance defense litigation, particularly involving first-party property claims.

With four years of experience practicing law in South Florida, Andrea has developed a strong foundation in trial work and litigation strategy. With a blend of litigation experience and international claims exposure. Andrea is committed to delivering outstanding legal representation for clients in insurance defense matters.

In addition to hands-on courtroom experience, Andrea completed a four-month secondment with a Lloyd’s of London syndicate claims team, gaining valuable insight into the London insurance market and international claims handling.

During her time at Shepard Broad College of Law at Nova Southeastern University, Andrea was Vice President of the mock trial team and competed nationally, she was also an active member of the Moot Court team.
