Patrick is a Senior Associate in Kennedys Melbourne office, working within its liability and motor claims litigation practices, acting on behalf of both Australian and international insurers.

Prior to joining Kennedys, Patrick obtained extensive experience acting on behalf of insurers in large quantum matters in both liability and life insurance matters, having developed his skills in general insurance practices at other firms for the first three years of his career. He has also developed an understanding of the investigatory aspects of both Victorian workers’ compensation claims and Medical Panel assessments in these roles.

Since joining Kennedys, Patrick has shifted the focus of his practice to liability, workers’ compensation and property damage claims, assisting insurers and insured clients across a variety of matters including WorkCover and general recovery claims, public liability disputes and professional indemnity claims.
