Elaina Betzel

Elaina is an Associate in Kennedys’ Employment and Workplace Relations team in Melbourne.

Elaina represents employers, employees and insurers in a wide range of employment related issues, including adverse action claims, dismissal related disputes, discrimination matters, health and safety matters, and award/enterprise agreement interpretation and advice. She acts for organisations ranging from mid-market to enterprise level across a broad range of industries, as well as private and public sector health processionals in employment related matters.

Elaina also has experience in general commercial law matters. Elaina’s previous experience in employment and corporations law prior to joining Kennedys has given her a unique insight into the commercial needs of her clients.
