Stephanie is an investigation services manager at Kennedys. Her years of experience as an investigation analyst has given her valuable insight into the insurance sector and tailoring the investigation services to suit a wide range of client needs.

She has particular expertise in investigating fraudulent insurance claims, travel sickness claims as well as managing large fraud investigations and industry operations. Additional areas where she excels are major incident monitoring, mass data analysis and ‘know your opponent’ (KYO) investigations.

Stephanie frequently works on high profile cases providing valuable analysis and insight through the varied services provided by the investigation services team.

Stephanie is a co-author of Kennedys’ Claims Handling Law and Practice Guide, the fourth edition of which was published in February 2021.
