Tracy Watkinson

Tracy is Kennedys’ global chief operating officer, based in London. She works closely with the Executive Group and Business Services Chiefs to lead the implementation of best practice and operational excellence, as well as promoting and managing the firm’s change agenda.

Tracy is passionate about building purpose-led, high-performing teams that challenge conventional thinking. She leads with compassion and clarity and cares deeply about fostering healthy cultures, placing value on diversity of thought and inclusivity.

Tracy has over 25 years of experience in the financial services industry implementing change and leading operational management. She has held senior roles at major financial institutions such as NatWest, Barclays, UBS and Credit Suisse, where she has implemented transformations to improve operational effectiveness and efficiency.

Additionally, Tracy is a Non-Executive Director of Time Finance, an AIM listed invoice and asset financing business for UK SMEs.
