Claudia Macey

Claudia is a solicitor based in our London office, with experience in advising NHS Trusts in respect of clinical negligence claims, inquests and court of protection cases.

She has experience working for NHS Resolution dealing with a wide range of claims, such as those relating to orthopaedics, obstetrics and gynaecology, and general surgery. She also has experience dealing with inquests on behalf of NHS Trusts.

Claudia recently became involved in working with NHS Trusts and other NHS organisations in respect of court of protection cases relating to consent and capacity to treatment.

Qualifications:
