Chloe is a legal director in Kennedys’ cyber and data risk team, based in London.

Chloe has extensive experience helping clients navigate sophisticated and complex cyber incidents. Her practice spans England and Wales, EMEA, North America and APAC.

Chloe trained in Australia, spending several years assisting Australian and overseas clients navigate Australia’s mandatory data breach reporting scheme. Chloe is now London based, and her experience dealing with multijurisdictional incidents is highly valued, having assisted many global multinationals co-ordinate their response to incidents impacting multiple offices and thousands of individuals across the globe. Chloe has assisted clients in a broad range of sectors, and has particular specialisation in the health, educational, financial, energy, and transport sectors.
