Catherine is Kennedys’ chief knowledge officer. She runs a global team of knowledge professionals, who support the legal and business functions, deploying modern knowledge management best practices.

Catherine qualified as a solicitor in 2003 and practised as a corporate lawyer in the City of London. She also worked as a senior company law lecturer, professional support lawyer, and is an honorary reader in law at Queen Mary University, London.

Catherine has a particular interest in technology, and its important role in capitalising on law firm knowledge. She has won awards for innovation and technology initiatives. She is an advisory board member of a legal industry EdTech company.

Qualifications:

  • Qualified in England & Wales in 2003
  • Member of the Law Commission Industry Working Group on electronic signing, contributing to the interim and final reports
  • Winner, Innovator of the Year, Women & Diversity in Law Awards 2023
  • Honoree, ILTA Influential Women in Legal Tech 2023
