Ann Dingemans

Ann is a corporate affairs lawyer in our London office.

Ann, originally a barrister, requalified as a solicitor in 1998. After 25 years in the legal industry (inhouse and in private practice), in 2019 Ann joined the corporate affairs team which is responsible for leading Kennedys’ global public affairs and thought leadership initiatives. This involves examining emerging risks to the legal insurance market and identifying the impact of legal and political shifts, particularly to those operating in the commercial and corporate division, property energy and construction (PEC) and professional liability product sectors.

Ann leads the firm’s climate change campaign and has a particular focus on ESG risks and sustainability. Ann has contributed to a portfolio of publications, articles and seminars on topics in these fields, the latest of which is Kennedys’ Rewriting the risk: Addressing the challenge of climate change report, published in July 2022.

Ann represents Kennedys on the Greener Litigation Committee and is a member of the firm’s Diversity and Inclusion Committee.
