Adam Blanchard
Profile
Adam is a partner who works out of our London and Bristol offices who has almost 20 years’ experience acting for insurer clients in the UK. He is an insurance specialist whose significant experience covers coverage, defence and recovery work across property damage, construction, professional indemnity and financial lines claims. He is regularly instructed to advise on complex and high value claims and is experienced in all forms of dispute resolution including adjudications, arbitrations, judicial reviews, FOS complaints and ADR. In addition to his core practice areas, Adam is also experienced in non-injury agricultural claims.
Adam regularly advises insurer clients on high value fraudulent property claims and has presented training sessions on coverage issues arising from fraudulent property claims.
Adam leads a team of solicitors dealing with mid-high value property disputes, including subrogated recoveries.
Adam is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL) and British Insurance Law Association (BILA), and regularly writes published articles on his topic areas. In addition, he also provides in house bespoke training sessions on complex issues.
