Arava Kor-Kessler

Arava is a senior associate working in Kennedys Israel office. She was admitted to the Israeli Bar in 2006.

Arava completed her internship in the Civil Department at the Office of the State Attorney, where she handled a variety of claims on behalf of the General Attorney, as well as provided legal advisory to a numerous Governmental offices and represented the State on a wide range of fields.

After completing her internship, Arava commenced working in a an Israeli private law firm, specializing in Insurance Law. During these years, Arava rendered advice and provided legal services and representation to many insurance companies, before most of the local court instances, as well as arbitration and mediation procedures.

Arava continued her professional path in one of the major Israeli insurance companies, where she was appointed as a team leader, involved in all broad aspects of insurance legal fields, inter alia, contractual all risks and engineering coverages, professional liability, product liability, business interruption, fire and flooding damages, embezzlements, break-in and theft damages, mechanical breakdown, subrogation claims, energy, jewellers block, , monitoring and more.

In this capacity, Arava was involved with some of the most complex and sensitive litigation and mediation proceedings in Israel, working closely with many reinsurers that were involved in these matters.

Arava represents insurers and reinsurers in all Israeli courts and has an excellent track record of achieving results for clients.
