Maria is an associate in the Fort Lauderdale office. Maria’s practice focuses on insurance coverage matters. She routinely advises insurance carriers on a broad range of coverage issues arising under primary and excess general liability, auto, marine and professional liability policies. She also represents insurers in litigated matters. Maria has experience litigating insurance issues, professional liability disputes, commercial litigation disputes and employment disputes in state and federal courts.

While in law school, Maria was an Articles Editor for the Journal of Science and Technology Law and served as a research assistant and teaching assistant to three professors. She is a member of the Asian Pacific American Bar Association of South Florida.
