Ed Stafford

Ed is an Associate on our Dublin Liability team.

Ed specialises in insurance litigation acting for both domestic and UK based insurers. He advises on the defence of public liability, employers liability, motor and defamation claims and he also advises on the defence of property damage claims and on subrogated recovery claims. He also advises on coverage and policy interpretation issues.

Ed has advised on Health & Safety Authority prosecutions and has acted for the fraud departments of some of Ireland’s largest insurers.

Ed has successfully defended cases at District, Circuit and High court levels.
