Jamie Moss

Jamie joined as an associate in the property, energy and construction team, within the insurance division, in 2024.

He has experience acting for insurers, and their insured’s, in a wide range of property subrogated recovery actions, including complex and high value recoveries. He has also manged a number of subsidence recoveries and mitigations.

In addition, Jamie works on a range of coverage and defendant liability matters.

He worked within the insurance legal sector in Bristol for six years before joining Kennedys in 2024. This time included two London secondments within the first party property team at a major UK and international insurer.
