Jonathan Infante

Jonathan is an associate in Kennedys’ Bogotá office. His practice encompasses litigation and conflict resolution of the private and public sectors, as well as commercial and insurance regulatory matters.

Prior to joining Kennedys, he worked as an in-house counsel at a prominent insurance company and as an associate at local firms. His experience spans providing legal counsel on commercial, corporate, regulatory, and insurance matters in the commercial, banking, insurance, and reinsurance sectors.

He holds a law degree with a focus on insurance law from Universidad Javeriana (Colombia). While attending law school, he co-authored the award-winning essay 'Agricultural Parametric Insurance: An Opportunity for Food Security Protection in Colombia,'[1] representing the university in the Colombian Association of Insurance Law (ACOLDESE). He also earned a certification in National and International Arbitration from the Chamber of Commerce of Bogotá.
