Arty is an Associate in our Bermuda office, specialising in commercial disputes.
He has advocacy and advisory experience in multiple Commonwealth jurisdictions, including appearing as junior and sole counsel before various courts and tribunals.
His practice covers insolvency, insurance, regulatory investigations, complex multi-party proceedings, appeals, and arbitrations. He also has experience providing non-contentious advice, often pertaining to general property and commercial matters.
Prior to joining Kennedys, Arty practised law in Auckland and Sydney.
Arty is fluent in English, French, and Russian.

- Acting for the liquidators of a Bermuda company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange.
- Acting for a Bermuda reinsurer in a Bermuda seated arbitration against a Cayman Islands captive insurer arising from the settlement of hundreds of medical injury claims by a US healthcare group.
- Acting for Bermuda excess insurers in English seated arbitrations against a US multinational entertainment company arising from the settlement of shareholder litigation in the US.
