We have significant experience in all forms of dispute resolution and our client’s commercial requirements are the focus of our no-nonsense advice.

For non-contentious matters we assist clients to develop procurement strategies and to analyses and consider the allocation of construction risk. We draft and negotiate all resulting project documentation including security documents where required.
