Kennedys IQ appoints commercial development manager to newly launched platform

Kennedys IQ, our newly launched technology-driven company, has appointed Kimberley Davies to the role of Commercial Development Manager.

Kimberley joins from Luminance Technologies where she had been since its 2016 launch, most recently as Head of Discovery and a member of the management team. In addition to product development, she was responsible for building the sales process, and overseeing sales and marketing globally for eDiscovery. She also launched their eDiscovery product.

At Kennedys IQ, Kimberley will work closely with Mike Gilpin, the new Commercial Director of Kennedys IQ. Mike was formerly our Director of IT. Kimberley’s role within our newly launched business will be to build out the sales process and strategy for IQ Platform tools, as well as working closely with our lawyers to develop the technology, and helping clients with implementation of the technology.

Combining human and machine intelligence, Kennedys IQ offers organisations managing claims a revolutionary blend of strategic and operational support, building on our award-winning suite of software tools that are already in use with multiple clients around the world.

The IQ Platform currently features six smart tools that clients can switch on and off to automate or manage the day-to-day claims process: Incident Manager, Fraud Detector (formerly Ki), Portal Manager, Defence Lawyer (powered by the award-winning KLAiM system), Settlement Negotiator (formerly Cybersettle) and Recovery Manager.

IQ Platform also performs AI functions, such as predicting medical damages and making automatic settlement recommendations.
