Property, energy and construction specialist Mark Errington joins Kennedys in Singapore

Kennedys’ Asia Pacific insurance team continues to grow with the hire of Mark Errington as partner in our Singapore office. Mark is one of the region’s leading insurance and reinsurance dispute resolution lawyers, and will lead our property, energy and construction offering in Singapore.

Mark specialises in property, construction and engineering, power and energy, political violence and terrorism, and associated business interruption/DSU claims. He also has significant arbitration experience and regularly acts on subrogated recovery actions globally arising out of power generation and large commercial property losses.
