Arran Roberts

Arran is a partner in the cyber & data risk team based in Manchester. Arran specialises in cyber incident response, where she advises both corporate and insurer clients on managing the full spectrum of cyber incidents. Arran guides clients through the complete lifecycle of an incident, including managing in-depth regulatory investigations, alongside any resulting litigation or recovery actions.

Arran has extensive experience in advising on cross-border incidents and routinely collaborates with our global cyber team to coordinate large scale incidents affecting individuals across the world. 

In addition to managing the response to live cyber incidents, Arran supports clients in ensuring that their business is fully prepared, including cyber incident simulation exercises, incident response planning and data advisory services.

Arran contributed to the latest edition of Kennedys’ Claims Handling Law and Practice Guide.
