Caterina is a partner in the London office. She qualified in 1989 and specialises in high-profile professional negligence claims against property professionals. She acts for some of the leading names in the property industry.

Caterina has extensive experience of dispute resolution including high-value and complex property claims in relation to social housing, auctioneers, commercial property agents, and specialises in substantial valuation claims. She has also advised institutional clients on regulatory issues including RICS investigations. Caterina is often instructed on some of the market’s most complex and high-value claims, often with an international element.

She is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers, and regularly contributes to internal publications and in house seminars. Caterina has also been involved in a number of Kennedys' publications including: Ten years later: the financial crash and valuer professional indemnity claims“Crystal ball gazing” for surveyors and the Professions and Financial Lines Brief.
