Peter is a Partner in our Edinburgh office and is a specialist in liability with vast experience in advising insurers, large corporates and public bodies.
Peter handles the full range of motor, employers’ and public liability claims, with a particular focus on serious and catastrophic injury, fatalities and high value property damage cases.
He is also frequently called upon to provide insurance policy indemnity advice and to deal with litigation arising from the interpretation of insurance policies.
In addition to his significant experience litigating through the Scottish courts, Peter also has a track record of resolving disputes through mediation.
Peter joined Kennedys from Brodies LLP in September 2017 and looks forward to continuing to provide the benefit of his significant experience and expertise to our clients and to continuing the growth and expansion of Kennedys in Scotland.
He is a member of the Forum of Insurance Lawyers (FOIL).
