We are delighted to be hosting an exclusive event in conjunction with the ODI (Open Data Institute) on Wednesday 21 September 2022, where we will be bringing together data and innovation experts from across the data, academic, insurance and legal industries to share, explore and debate experiences on their innovation (and frustration) with data.
The potential for data for insurance innovation is enormous, but sometimes the challenges for organisations in creating the right environment to do so can be daunting, leaving data activities and innovation uncertain. Protection of privacy, legacy data issues, AI ethics and the use of machine learning and skills are all live issues across our sectors.
At Kennedys our own innovation journey has required us to tackle many of these issues, both with clients and for our own needs. As we seek to leverage our data to meet client needs, further our R&D activity, such as our SmartClaim project that explores how data and expertise combine in the pursuit of better claims outcomes.
