Ransomware attacks have become the most common form of cyber incident – CrowdStrike saw the number of ransomware attacks increase by 82% in 2021 compared to the previous year. With the number of attacks increasing so quickly, it is important that businesses consider in advance how they would respond to a ransomware attack.

In this webinar, Paul Byrne, APJ Director of Business Development – Legal & Insurance from CrowdStrike, along with Kennedys Partners Joanie Ko and Nicholas Blackmore, will discuss how they would advise their clients in the Asia Pacific region to respond to a hypothetical ransomware attack scenario from a technical and legal perspective, including a discussion on the importance of recovery, forensic investigation, communication with the threat actor, data breach notification and other issues.
