Breach of duty and causation in orthopaedic claims
Kennedys' healthcare team are delighted to invite you to the fourth seminar of our annual 2022 programme, which will be held virtually, on Wednesday 27 April 2022.
Guest speaker: Mr Adel Tavakkolizadeh
Mr Tavakkolizadeh is a consultant Orthopaedic and Trauma Surgeon at King's College Hospital and specialises in upper limb surgery. He is currently a Co Clinical Director for the trust wide orthopaedic and trauma department and was previously the trauma lead for seven years.
He provides a comprehensive upper limb service to his patients including minimally invasive and arthroscopic shoulder, elbow and wrist surgery as well as treatment of hand pathologies. He treats upper limb fractures and soft tissue sports injuries in conjunction with a team of skilled physiotherapists. He has been carrying out medicolegal reports for personal injuries for over 15 years and his practice focuses on the more complex cases often involving polytrauma cases and complex fractures.
In recent years, he has also been completing medical negligence work and provides expert opinion on upper limb injuries and pathologies.
This session will be chaired by Tom Armstrong.
