Unconscious bias webinar

22/07/2020 12:30 PM - 1:45 PM BST

We are delighted to be holding our first interactive webinar of 2020 with special guest speaker Charlotte Sweeney, OBE who will be exploring unconscious bias within the workplace.

Charlotte will be giving a talk on this topical issue and the impact that this has on our thought process and decision making. A lot of decisions are made with bias being front and centre of the discussion and not all of it being unconscious.

During the session Charlotte will:

  • Remind us of the basis for our bias (the what, why and how) and their impact.
  • Identify some of the most common bias that play out in the workplace everyday.
  • Understand how to mitigate the impact of common types of bias.

This webinar forms part of our women in business series and is open for all to attend as the content can be applied to everyone within the workplace.
