What area of law do you practice?
I work as part of the team in our Bogotá office and my area of specialism is insurance litigation.
What is it like to work at a global law firm?
Being part of a genuinely global firm, allows you to see the world differently and learn about other cultures and legal systems. More importantly, we do not only share our knowledge; we are part of a big community and you have the chance to make great friends in different parts of the world.
How has Kennedys helped you to progress in your career?
At Kennedys, I am part of a great team of lawyers. We put our ideas together, we question what we know. The different questions that we pose each other challenges us to give better answers and solutions to our clients. It is a constant exchange of knowledge that allows me to grow and be better every day, not only as a lawyer but also as a person.
What do you enjoy about working at Kennedys?
The most important thing about working at Kennedys is knowing that I am part of a law firm that cares about each other, both personally and at a professional level. I have the support of a whole team full of wonderful human beings who are willing to help you in any way they can. Kennedys is a firm that allows you to learn from the best lawyers, to think outside the box and to do things differently. Kennedys challenges me every day to be the best version of myself.
