Kennedys collaborate with NHS Resolution to produce the video “Alan’s Story”
We were delighted to work with NHS Resolution to produce the video "Alan's Story". The video highlights the importance of "saying sorry" to a patient at the time the incident occurs. It also focuses on highlighting best practice when dealing with an incident, managing any investigation, communicating with the patient and their family and the importance of openness and transparency, which is essential in any health service. NHS Resolution has always supported "saying sorry" to patients.
