Yu Qing is an Associate at Kennedys Legal Solutions. Her practice focuses primarily on commercial dispute resolution, with an emphasis on shipping and international trade disputes. Yu Qing has advised clients in a broad spectrum of matters, including charterparty disputes, cargo claims, admiralty law, insurance law and commercial fraud. Her experience includes civil litigation, arbitration under the SIAC, SCMA and LMAA rules, as well as mediation.

To help clients navigate the complexities of the law, Yu Qing co-authored the articles "Embracing New Waves of Change: Singapore's New Laws on Electronic Bills of Lading, and a Spanish and UK Comparison" (March 2021) and "Third Party Litigation Funding in Singapore – Navigating The Forest Of Acronyms: Third Party Funding, After The Event Insurance, and Conditional Fees" (July 2021).

Yu Qing holds a Bachelor of Laws (Hons) from the National University of Singapore, where she represented her school in the prestigious 21st Annual International Maritime Law Arbitration Moot (IMLAM) 2020. Yu Qing attained a Distinction in Family Law Practice in the 2020 Singapore Bar Examinations and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2021.
