Jason is a solicitor based in our Singapore office. He joined Kennedys Legal Solutions in 2018 and was subsequently called to the Singapore Bar in the same year.
Jason’s primary areas of practice span a diverse spectrum of complex and cross-border disputes and litigation. These include general corporate and commercial disputes, insurance disputes, and building and construction disputes.
As part of his career development and growth, Jason completed a secondment with a leading global insurance organisation where he had the opportunity to develop new skills and gain a deeper knowledge of the industry. With such valuable experience, Jason brings a highly commercial and practical perspective to all his work.
Jason graduated with First Class Honours from the University of Southampton in 2016 and was one of the top ten performing graduates in his cohort. He also won the 3 Paper Buildings’ Regional Mooting Competition in 2015, earning a mini-pupillage with that chambers.
Jason believes that no one should be deprived of access to justice simply because they cannot afford a lawyer. As such, he is an active volunteer of the Criminal Legal Aid Scheme (“CLAS”) where he provides pro-bono criminal legal representation to accused persons with limited financial means.
